Do you have a minimum portfolio size?
No hard minimum. Single buildings welcome.
Can you match institutional-grade reporting?
That's our default: monthly packages with full financials, variance commentary, and a property narrative, on the same platform institutions use.
How long does a transition take?
We often start on one month notice as it gives us time to abstract the leases, connect with the tenants, and make a smooth transition. Over one quarter of our properties start "yesterday". We just need a signed PMA and your EIN and we can handle the rest with your prior property managers or walk through the data needs if you manage it yourself.
Do you coordinate with my leasing broker?
Yes. We handle lease administration, TI coordination, and commencement so deals close cleanly.
